Me -
Im Tom, a professional chef, working away from home during weekdays and returning early evenings each Friday. Im looking to rent out one of the two rooms I have within my home during the time im away.

Available -
Monday night through to Friday afternoon. Block bookings would be preferable, however single nights and shorter periods may be available.

What's included -
The ensuit room has ample storage space and a large double size electric shower, wash hand basin and WC.

The use of the main bathroom which has a bath, further electric shower, wash hand basin and WC.

The use of the open plan lounge kitchen and all electrical items, (TV, washer dryer, fridge freezer, music system, hairdryer, hoover, kettle and Sky TV) Cutlery, crockery, fresh linen and towels are also provided.

Fiber broadband and tax is also included, however gas and electricity will not be included and the usage will be deducted from the deposit.

The property comes with secure entry system and has direct free parking.
Its within a 15 minute walk from the local train station which has links to both Edinburgh and Glasgow. Livingston shopping center with its high street shops is a 10 minute drive away and there is a local shop directly across the road. Their are restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk.
