Bo'ness - Room to let :)

Looking for someone to move into my empty room, as needing help covering rent for the property.

The room is getting furnished on Friday 15th, so will upload new pictures then. That only includes flooring and blinds though, so you will need to purchase your own bedding and other furnishings that you wish to have. These will of course always belong to you, and you should be taken with you should you ever move out.

All utilities are included in the monthly cost: Living room, kitchen, bathroom.

I will be covering the gas and electricity each month, but you would need to top up as and when needed, should the costs ever go up.

There is no smoking in the house, however you're more than welcome to use the garden to smoke.
Due to my own job, I cannot let kids stay in the house, sorry. No pets either, however there is no 'no pets' rule on the property, so permission can be acquired on a later date.

Completely unlimited WiFi is also included with the room, free of cost :)

There is a parking area right in front of the house if you need one for a car. For those relying on public transport, there is a bus stop right outside the front door that takes you through Grangemouth and Falkirk.
