Hi my name is Laura, I recently purchased one of four apartments in a newly converted church. The conversion was completed in 2012. There are stunning views across the Forth from a terrace surrounding the outside of the apartment. It was completed to the highest standards closely monitored by Scottish Heritage. The apartment has a range of large arched and oblong shaped windows all of which are double glazed and very high ceilings reflecting the buildings past history.
The apartment is beautifully furnished with wood floors through out. The main living area comprises of a large living dinning room 11 by 4 meter's. The kitchen although a separate room is open plan onto the main room. There is a large well appointed fully tiled luxury bathroom with shower and bath.
The bedroom to let has a two beautiful windows and large built in wardrobe. It has a single radiator and again the very high ceilings.
The apartment is well appointed with fast broadband, telephone, washer dryer, full central heating and all other expected appliances. The rental for weekly lets includes all utility bills. For longer term lets utility costs will be shared.
I am happy to rent full time or Monday to Friday, either suits me. I work full time normally Monday to Friday 9-6 and would prefer another professional person to share with.

Bo'ness is 16. 9 miles north west of Edinburgh and 33. 1 miles to Glasgow both are easily accessible but with your own transport. You can get to both Edinburgh and Glasgow by rail and the nearest station is Linlithgow 3. 8 miles

Please note if you don’t have a car than it would be difficult to get to the train station. Although I have an Edinburgh postcode it is falkirk council I live in. Although saying that there is a regular bus service to Linlithgow and Falkirk then trains can be used to get to Edinburgh. Also a community bus runs from 6.30 am direct to central Edinburgh.

I would expect and lodgers to have respect for me and my property. Clean up after your self and so on. I’m easy to get along with and like to get to know people. I like to be able to trust people staying with me.
