Fantastic beautiful home to rent with 2 others, plus 2 Siberian Huskies (live outside)! great access to city in commuting distance and large friendly atmosphere to live in. Has to be viewed to be fully appreciated, all bills included also has wired and wireless internet access from rooms!

This is a home share rather than just a room rent!
Great location as Edinburgh Airport is only 5mins away, biggest shopping complex in Scotland only 10mins away, Edinburgh centre is 35mins away on bus! Train service is only 5mins away! Amazingly large comfortable corner sofa that is hard to stay awake on.....
P. s when we have barbecues for freinds etc, we have an amazing bar in the garden to help with keeping the beers cold.......
The room always goes fast so if genuinely interested then be quick, leave deposit if all works out and then room will be kept when vacant...
ps if you need the room any earlier, i do have a spare room that we use for guests, available until the room is free.... this has been used many times over the 5yrs i have been using this site.... sometimes circumstances dictate that moving sooner than later is preferred.....
