Single room in a cottage

I have a short term let from now for duration of the festival. Its a single room. Its in an amazing old cottage on the beach. The room its self is small and sparse, its got the basics, a bed , drawers shelves. (the bed is motorised though find your comfy position!)
The kitchen is large, the bathroom has a shower and bath separate. Living room large with big 50 inch flat screen.

It really is on the beach, so bare wood floors - I stay here with my dog, cat ,fish and my son stays twice a week, Tuesdays and Saturday nights.

This is definitely not a party house, im pretty quiet , friendly enough but happy with my own space, even staying alone most of the time I work from my bedroom, so living room free a lot.

The room is a plasterboard wall up in the dining room to give you a private place there is a little gap at the top to let fresh air in and you have a window to a very green vibrant overgrown garden!

There is a balcony outside with deckchairs and table - plenty parking in a private driveway. The postcode is not accurate and I can not change its close to South Queensferry though

Its 20 mins walk from South queensferry - its 10 mins drive down a bumpy dirt track so transport really is a must although if you run or walk a lot nearest bus stop 30 mins walk away .

The person is important as you would be coming into my family home, so a someone easy going, female preferred, and likes animals and kids a must - this is a great opportunity for a summer on the beach with easy access to town
