Double Room available in bright Linlithgow flat

I have a double room available in my flat. The flat is on two levels, a maisonette, it has 3 bedrooms, two doubles and one single. The kitchen is bright and airy with all modern appliances. There is a shower room and new gas central heating. The flat also benefits from double glazing and there is a secure door entry system. There is a washing machine in the flat along with a laundry room in the building which has an industrial washing machine and dryer. I tend to use the external laundry room as it is free to use and much quicker.

The flat is situated in the centre of Linlithgow next to Linlithgow loch and there are many pubs and restaurants on the doorstep. The flat is 5 minutes walk from the train station and there is a bus stop right outside the main entrance. There is also off street parking and a residents car park.

Linlithgow is 18 miles West of Edinburgh and 36 miles East of Glasgow and has good commuting to main centres including: Stirling and Fife via M9/M80 motorway network. In addition the mainline train station provides service to Edinburgh, Stirling and Glasgow.

I live at the flat with my partner and two indoor cats. The cats do not go into the bedrooms unless doors are left open.
