Room for rent Livingston Ladywell area

Lovely room in a two story house in Ladywell area, 15 minutes close to the Huston Industrial Complex and about 30 min of walking to the City Center. It has a back and front garden with a shed so you can stock pile some of your stuff there. The house has two bathrooms and all the utilities need. oven, brand new washing machine, shower etc.

We are looking for someone quiet and tidy, who can clean up after himself.

The room is nice and clean, in a 5 room house, it's about 4 by 3 meters, waiting for new lodgers. All bills are included in those 65 a week except there is a monthly 5 pounds pay for the internet. There is also be a 250 pound deposit.

Every room has its own key and although there are people smoking we prefer you do it outside. No pets allowed, sorry.
