Hi, I have 1 room to rent in my home in Ladywell, Livingston. It’s a quiet residential area with plenty of parking, so If you have a car, you can typically find parking right in front. There’s local grocery shops and take aways. The co-operative and Farm foods are just around the corner, nearby public transportation as well. Livingston North train station is just a 10 minute walk away. Livingston shopping centre and St John’s hospital, dentist are a few minutes walk too. The room is furnished with a double bed, inbuilt wardrobe, fitted curtains and a table drawer. Wifi, gas and electricity included in rent. (Groceries not included) Your cut will be £400 per month. My new roommate will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen and bathroom.
