Located just outside Edinburgh with direct links to the city centre with the nearest bus stop being a 2 minute walk from the property and two train stations within a 10 minute drive.

We have a double room available to rent in our home. The room comes fully furnished including: a double bed, built in wardrobe and bedside table. Brand new duvet and pillows will be provided

The house is made up of 4 bedrooms, a large kitchen, Living-room, 2 bathrooms, front and back door with a large back garden

All bills are included within the rent

Parking: there is multiple parking bays just outside the property

Important to note we do have 2 kittens in the property however they do tend to keep to themselves
