Available is a double bedroom within a two bed house in Livingston. The house is situated with ideal transport links into both Glasgow or Edinburgh by train or bus. The Livingston South train station is approx a 10 minute walk from the house where the express train takes approx 12 minutes to reach Edinburgh Haymarket.

The house is ideally located with the centre of Livingston and local shops/ many amenities approximately 5-10 minute walk away.

Alternatively the No 27 bus (in and out of Edinburgh) stops at a bus stop which is located right outside the house, running approx every 20 mins. The night bus service out of Edinburgh (leaving from Prince's Street) also runs to this exact stop until 3am.

The double room is very generously sized, front facing and very sunny. The room has just been redecorated and all the furniture in the room is new. The room also benefits from built in double wardrobes, with good shelf storage above. Although it's not in the pictures above, the room also comes with a TV and Freesat TV. All bills are included in the rent price, and the house benefits from virgin highspeed fibre broadband.

The house also has a very large and sunny living room / dining area, along with a modern kitchen, and 1 bathroom. The house has very high ceilings, and has a great 'homely' feel throughout.
There is also a lovely / well proportioned garden situated to the rear of the property which gets lots of sunshine during the day. Also, to the rear of the property the house a double driveway for safe off street car parking.

I am a 28 year old male, a young professional (junior psychologist) - who is clean, tidy and quiet living. I work Mon - Fri 9am -5pm, so I like to live fairly quietly, but I am social and like to chat to people and make new friends. I also like to work out a few times a week, and have an interest in keeping fit.
