Furnished single room to rent in family home in East Calder. The room comes equipped with a single bed, wardrobe, desk/dressing table and other storage. There is also a small fridge and kettle available in the room for your personal use although you are welcome to use facilities in the kitchen. There is a shared family bathroom but we also have access to an en-suite so the main bathroom is not used by the whole family. There is a large enclosed back garden which you are welcome to enjoy. The house is situated in a lovely rural setting with Almondell Country Park a few minutes' walk away.

There is a nearby bus stop five minutes walk away, with regular service into Edinburgh city centre. The bus service will take you right outside Heriot-Watt University as well as Edinburgh College and Napier University at Sighthill. Kirknewton train station is also nearby, and Edinburgh Airport is only a short distance away. There are shops in the local village which are a ten minute walk, as well as other amenities.

Two of us are out of the house most days working whilst one is semi-retired. We also have two very friendly family dogs. All bills are included in the rent. Bedding and towels are also provided.
