Hello all,

I have a very large double room available to rent in my 3 bedroom home in Livingston. I am looking for someone friendly, clean and chilled out of any age, gender, sexuality etc.

I am currently a live in landlord but relocating to Edinburgh, so very close for any issues that need resolved. The current flatmates Jonathan and Kimberly are both very friendly and watch TV together in the living room some nights during the week. They are both aged around 25 and work full time.

The property is fully furnished and the room comes with King size bed and mattress, Chest of drawers, Bedside table and double built- in wardrobe space. There is storage space throughout the house for any additional things you need to store and a large shed in the back garden. The bathroom I plan to do up in the new year so look forward to a lovely new bathroom suite with walk in shower and new flooring :).

It's £450 per month which includes all bills, council tax, high speed internet, there's plenty parking out the front and a large garden to enjoy out the back with sun loungers and chairs for when its warmer and also a couple flower beds for any vegetables or plants you want to grow. £450 deposit.
