Double furnished room available 19th September

Hey! My names Kelly, I'm 30 (although deifnitely don't feel it!)

I am putting my spare double room up for rent (available 19th Sept 2020) in my two bed house in Polbeth as my current lovely lodger's uni placement will be finished! This room is part furnished with a double bed.

All bills are included with rent, including Sky and broadband! :)

There is a driveway at the property and also on street parking too. The street is pretty quiet and about a 5 minute walk from the Five Sisters Zoo, so it is not unusual to hear lions, wolves and monkeys!
There is also West Calder train station, around a 10-15 minute walk and the bus stop about a 5 minute walk away!

I have two wee cats, Alfie and Tucker, so unfortunately can't take any indoor pets, but i don't mind if you have any pets that can be kept outside.

I'm looking for someone who i can get along with, have a wee drink, chats or even nights out, but also enjoys their own space.
