Unfurnished room to rent in 2 bedroom semi detached house. The room is large enough for a double or kingsize bed plus wardrobe and drawers, with plenty of space. The property consists of shared kitchen which is newly fitted and includes gas hob and fan oven and new eco friendly washing machine, large living/dining room and bathroom with a bath and shower, a large front garden with driveway and large back garden with shed. I am advertising as the current tenant looking for someone to take over my room. You would be sharing the house with the live in landlord and 2 cats so tenant must be ok with cats. Pets considered but no other cats or dogs. All bills included which includes broadband, gas, electricity, council tax, tv licence etc. The landlord is female, 28 and very easy going and down to earth and it has been a pleasure living with her.
