I have 2 double rooms available to let out in a nice and cosy house. Large room which come with double beds. Plenty of room left in rooms. Each room is upstairs and has a shared bathroom upstairs. Downstairs is a shared kitchen and shared living room which will include all bills inclusive of gas electric and council tax. Living landlord will have a bedroom downstairs.

Would prefer somebody professional and 1 months deposit is payable on entry and rent is payable either 2 weeks in advance on move in date or monthly whichever suits.

Local to post office and shops and short drive from the motorway and Livingston shopping complex and many eating out places.
