Double room to rent in semi-detached house

Flatmate wanted for a two-bedroom semi detached house in South Queensferry. The house is 2 minutes walk from the nearest bus-stop, with buses going direct to the centre of Edinburgh. Dalmeny train station is a 5 minute drive from the house. There is also a large Tesco supermarket within 10 minutes walk.

The room available has a desk and inbuilt wardrobe, with a small chest of drawers and a bedside table. The bathroom, kitchen, living room and garden are all shared. There is also a garage should you have any larger items to store. There is loads of free on-road parking next to the house.

The rent includes all bills, council tax, and high speed internet (up to 150 Mbps).

My name is Iain, I'm 30, and I am a Science teacher at a prep school in Edinburgh. Due to my job, I typically work long hours during the week. At the weekend, and some evenings, I enjoy climbing, mountain biking and hill walking. I also take part in Parkrun, down at Cramond, some Saturday mornings.

I'm looking to live with someone who is easy-going, but is willing to keep the house clean and tidy. If you enjoy taking part in outdoor activities, then I am always keen for some company - but no pressure!
