Hi there, I'm looking to rent out a room in my 3 Bedroom Semi Detached Property in Winchburgh a wee town that's getting bigger and bigger.

I have 2 Outdoor cats, who disappear for days on end, but they do come home eventually, so obviously if your not a Cat person, there is no reason to further with this.

It is a double bathroomed property with a front and back garden in a newly build estate. There is vacancy for one vehicle in allocated parking outside the property.

I am an engineer with a good work ethic, and work 7 days a week, so privacy in the home will be pretty much all day.

There is decent transport system in place, with access to the M8, M9 and Bypass pretty close.

Full Sky and BT, broadband and bills included in the price per month.
