I have 1 double room to suit quiet professional aged between 25~65. Rooms consist of double bed bedside cabinets. wardrobe, chest of drawers, table/desk chair internet access, TV and bathroom only to be shared with 1 other room lodger, as I have separate bathroom. There is a kitchen/dining and living room which lodgers have access to.
Use of all crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and saucepans etc.
There safe,, adequate places to park right outside the house.
House is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac. There are perfect transport links to virtually anywhere in Birmingham.
The 11 outer circle bus route runs from the top of the road. Just a ten minute walk away, there are other buses running to Solihull and Birmingham City Centre.

Trains take approx 6-8 minutes into Solihull and Birmingham City Centre and the train station is about 5 minutes walk away from the house. If you drive then there is easy access to NEC, Birmingham International and NIA.

There are 2 local gym, takeaways (chinese, fish and chips, Indian, pizza), shopping centre and supermarkets and libraries. All of these are within a 10 minute walking distance.
