On a quiet side street which is only 2 minutes walk from Acocks Green Station, giving access to Solihull or Birmingham centres in 10 minutes. The only other bedroom is used occasionally by myself and my girlfriend when we are visiting friends and family on Birmingham.

The property has been refurbished inside and out. It has a large shared kitchen dining area including a dishwasher, shared bathroom and one further bedroom which we use.

Couples are also welcome - the monthly rent in this case would be £595.
