My house is situated approx 4k from both junction 2 and 3 of the M6 and M69. A 5 minute drive or 15 min. cycle ride to the JLR, Coventry University Hospital and Ansty Park.
My home could be your sanctuary after a busy day at work. I have two very comfortable quiet double rooms available at the moment which I normally rent Monday to Friday. However because of Covid I am considering renting the area as a one bedroom flat to the right person at an increased rate of 150 per week for the whole flat.

Supermarkets within a 5 to 10 minute drive away. Lots of walking areas, along the canal and parks.

I require 4 weeks rent in advance.
