Allesley, 3 rooms in 4-bedroom house from Sep

From September 27th 2020, three rooms will be available in the 4-bedroom houseshare I'm currently living in, as my current housemates are all students who are in the final years of their respective degrees.

I'm a Warwick graduate and freelancer, looking for female students and/or young professionals to form a group so that I continue living in this house. The house is in a quiet suburban area and I mostly keep to myself, so this is a great place to live if you like to work or study at home.

Shared rooms: a cosy living/dining room; a kitchen with electric oven/microwave/plenty of storage space; 2 bathrooms (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs)

The house has a spacious garden, a shed with storage space for bicycles, and a parking space at the front of the house.

It's conveniently located within walking distance of Canley Railway Station, great for commuters and Warwick University students. There is a gym nearby, a Co-op and other various shops.
