All bills included,, WiFi & (reasonable)use of washing machine, & heating, shelf in fridge & freezer. Reasonable Use of living room & small balcony in a peaceful area.!

I'm pretty chilled out, travelled all over the planet for the last 30 years so used to getting on with different people with different outlooks.

I'm looking for a lodger who is generally sociable, pays the rent on time, cleans up after themselves (including taking their rubbish out ) & keeps the place secure - that's it!
