I am looking for a quiet and considerate person to rent my newly refurbished single bedsit in Amblecote. The house has 5 bedsit rooms which share 2 bathrooms. My other 4 tenants are all mature males and are long term tenants. Hence I am looking for a 5th person who will treat the property and other tenants with respect. The room is 3.5m x 3m, and has a run of brand new kitchen units and a worktop, and there is a sink/drainer. There is access to a small backyard from this room. The room is currently unfinished, but we could supply a single bed and chest of drawers etc. If required. Ideally I am looking for a long term tenant, with 6 months minimum.
