Looking for housemates

We are female student looking for another housemates to join us.
Its a Fully furnished house in the Aston area of birmingham not far from city centre/Universities. Living on a close with driveway so perfect for people commuting. Its close to local amenities- Bus routes to city centre in 12-15 minutes Witton train station (10 mins journey to New Street/Grand Central) Tesco Extra on Aston Lane (so you can do your shopping or if you run out of stuff) & plenty convenience stores, and takeaways open till late.
We'd Preferably like to live with another female student or professional who are CLEAN and easy going friendly people as we do have shared areas. PLEASE NO PARTY ANIMALS (coming in and out with friends all hours of the early morning).

Lamara: Im a final year student studying criminology at BCU & Im pretty much a homely person, I like to cook for myself and others and mostly play music while doing so. I'm happy to socialise in free time and watch some Tv, play games or have friends over, would be a bonus if we became friends, but am also happy to spend some time alone.

Kennedy: I like my own personal space, I play sports, love music and occasionally go out but prefer pubs and snooker halls. Fussy eater so I like to meal prep for a few days, don’t mind sharing kitchen and bathroom but would be ideal if next person is tidy because I’m a bit of a clean freak. Im interested in most sports! I play football, starting boxing and quite the ice hockey player. Always up for a kick about in the garden! Quick game of cards or poker, bit of a tech geek- PS4 and computers!
