This is a comfortable double room in a very well- located position. The room is in the upstairs part of the house and is furnished with built in cupboards. There is a small kitchenette and a bathroom. The kitchenette has a microwave, toaster, induction plate, fridge, utensils and crockery. Please note it is not a fully equipped kitchen but is adequate for heating meals, or simple one pot or pan meals.

The location is fantastic, as it is close to a number of key spots - Coventry, Birmingham airport, Warwick, Kenilworth. The surroundings are lovely - semi rural and quiet and the village has good pubs, shops, post office, hairdressers etc.
Downstairs is a shared lounge and access to a washing machine.
You have your own access to the house through the front door. The house owners live in an annexe downstairs and you can be quite independent.
There is plenty of parking outside the house, off the road.
