We are looking for a housemate to join our friendly and sociable household.

We are professional individuals living in a beautiful big house, and one large, spacious room has recently become available. All bills, council tax, TV license, broadband, and a cleaner are included in the price.

The room comprises new furniture, including a double bed, matching cabinet and chest of drawers, and a double wardrobe.

We have a lovely garden and a sunroom. The living room is fully furnished and has a smart TV. Newly fitted shared kitchen and bathroom downstairs. Upstairs is a toilet room.

Bearwood High Street is a two-minute walk away with access to cafes, shops and supermarkets. Great transport links are into Birmingham City Centre (10 minutes on the bus) and QE Hospital from outside the door. Parking is available on the street.​ Access to Warley Woods and Lightwoods Park are all within walking distance.

Our hobbies include keeping fit, cooking, walking, gaming, and making tote bags. We enjoy socialising together and are looking for a fourth housemate to make our home complete.
