The room has recently been painted and had new carpet fitted as has the rest of the house.
It is £500 per month and that includes ALL bills. Gas, Electric, Water, Broadband, Council Tax and TV Licence.
The room is availble immediately. References will be required.
I live in an old terraced Victorian house situated between Lightwoods Park and Warley Woods and only about 300 metres from Hagley Road so there is a bus every 5 minutes right on your doorstep.
I have just had a brand new kitchen installed as well. So you have a new oven, washing machine, tumble dryer etc etc.
Everything inside the house apart from the fire which i'm replacing is less than 2 years old.
