Friendly, sociable houseshare

We are Mo and Ezra and we are looking for a couple of like minded professionals/graduates to join our friendly houseshare. We are looking for someone who fits in, happy to have a chat, cook together, socialise together. We are both pretty laid back so someone who wants to get involved is great but someone who wants their own space is not a problem.

Mo works at the Council. He is in to drinking beer any sort of music and going to gigs. Also loves photography. Ezra is a mature student who has just started at uni and is big into making music, skating and cooking.

Our landlord owns houses on the road and in the area. There are good opportunities to connect with other young professionals/grads and meet when the rules permit.

Our house is really well looked after. We have a lovely cleaning lady who visits every week, the maintenance stuff gets fixed really quickly and we have a gardener in the summer months. We also have fibre optic broadband. The house has really good standard of decor and the rooms are very competitively priced.

We have a small double room available at £200 and a medium double for £250. Bills are £85.

House is on same road as gym & swimming pool. We are 5 mins from the High Street and 15 mins in to town on bus or 15 mins to the University of Birmingham.
