Two double rooms to rent in a 2 bed terraced house in Bearwood which is 10 minutes from Birmingham city centre.

Both rooms are spacious, comfortable and will come fully furnished. One of the rooms is currently an office, as seen on the photos, but is being changed into a bedroom as we speak.

The house is traditional in appearance and in really good condition, with period features like wooden flooring, fireplaces and architraving still throughout. Downstairs there is a lounge with sofa bed which is great for relaxing. The back room has book shelves, piano and table. There is also a fully stocked kitchen with all the basics you'd expect.

The bathroom is just down the corridor and is brand new. It has a bath, shower (good pressure) and all the other things you'd expect (toilet, basin, mirror, shelves).

Outside, there is a lovely garden with raised decking, perfect for BBQ's in the summer.

It's in a great location, in good proximity to Bearwood high street; bus stop outside to town in 15mins; 2mins walk to Bearwood High Street; 10mins drive/bus to Harborne; 15mins to Birmingham University and Queen Marys Hospital. The road is one of the most sought after roads in Bearwood, so you will find Drs/nurses/teachers and other young professional living nearby. Bearwood itself has a great community feel to it.

There are no house mates at the moment so this is a blank slate for who ever is interested!

The Bearwood High Street itself has lots of shops (including Co-op & Aldi) and some great pubs and cafes. There are also 2/3 green spaces on the doorstep including Warley Woods which is beautiful!
