The room is large with two widows and a separate kitchen area. The kitchen has a microwave, fridge and kettle with storage and sink. The bathroom has a shower and loo so the whole studio has all private facilities.

There is also a large communal kitchen with a washing machine that is shared between 3 other tenants.

All bills are included except your electric, you have your own meter in your studio and top up cards are available from local shop. You will only need to buy top ups for what you plug in so heating and hot water is included in your rent.

Wifi is available if you require it at £7.50 per month.

The building is close to good transport links into Wolverhampton and only 10 minutes walk from Bilston.

The studio is for single people only, no pets are allowed and no children to live in the building under the age of 18. You must have the Right to rent in the UK.
