Single Room In House In Quiet Residential Street

We are an active senior couple who love welcoming new people into our home. We both work part time and are busy with our hobbies which include coaching sport, singing in a choir, painting, visiting family in UK, Austria, France and Republic of Ireland. We are away at times so would like a guest who is happy to be in the house alone.
We have a single bedroom to rent with use of a shared bathroom with jacuzzi bath and separate shower. There is also a downstairs shower/wet room and a shared living room. Free wi-fi throughout the house. At present we can only take guests from 10th August for about 4 months until Christmas.
A previous guest worked nights and enjoyed the quiet of the house and area so we would be happy with someone who would also enjoy that experience of peace and quiet.
We have a large secluded garden with outdoor seating which we love to share and plenty of off-road parking.
There is easy access to public transport into the city and local shops and supermarkets are a quarter of a mile away.
