I have three rooms available to rent in a new build house. The deposit would be the usual one month's rent in advance for the room

Room 1 is a large ensuite room with a 3 door wardrobe, two chest of drawers, storage seat a long study/computer table. Ensuite bathroom has enclosed shower, mirror and sink, small bin, toilet, towel rail and storage shelf unit.

Room 2 is a large double room with a wardrobe, two chest of drawers, storage seat , mirror, laptop station and a laundry basket.

Room 3 is a large single room with 3 door wardrobe, a study desk, mirror and laptop station and a laundry basket. - TAKEN

Common areas are large living room downstairs, private lounge/relax area uptairs(couple of bean bags and gimmicks), main bathroom with bath tub, separate shower room upstairs, kitchen(fridge freezer, temp setting kettle, hotdog toaster, nutribullet, microwave oven, dishwasher, double oven 5 burner gas range , pots and pans and all other utensils, washing machine, iron, ironing board and dining area with enough storage), garden and 2/3ish car parking space, cloakroom downstairs and downstairs storage. The house comes fully furnished, nicely decorated to a high standard. Viewing a must as couldn't load many pics.

Bus stop, supermarket and petrol station right at the doorstep. 10-15 mins bus ride to city centre if using public transport. Service runs every 7 mins.

**All bills included I. e. water, gas, electric, council tax, tv licence for 1 and broadband. Have the fast broadband in the UK with speed upto 350mbps .
