The property is in a perfect location for working professionals. Walking distance to amenities such as shopping centres, superstores, Selly Oak Retail Park, Harborne Village where there are a ton of bars, cafes and restaurants we well as your local Nandos just a little walk down the road!

There are excellent public transport links on your door step if you don't feel like walking, with easy commutes in, around and out of Birmingham. University Station is only 5 minute walk away with just 2 stops to the City Centre for great days and nights of fun, food and entertainment!

All bedrooms have a double bed, desk and storage space available. 2.5 bathrooms and a large kitchen and living room area. The house is fully furnished and stocked with all the mod cons from ultra fast internet and a netflix account all the way through to washing machine, dryer and a weekly cleaning service. We even have parking up to 4 cars available as well as on-street residents parking permits.

All rooms are only 100 GBP per week with ALL Bills Included!
