I am a 28 year old professional female and need to leave my flat due to a change in job location.

I am looking for a clean female to move into my room in my fully-furnished shared apartment in Park Central city centre area. Apartment building is a new build and is less than a 15 minute walk from Grand Central station.

I am the first occupant which has been about 6 months.

My flatmate is a fun, vibrant professional who has a balanced work/fun life.

The rent is £650 inclusive of all bills (council tax, water, fibre broadband and tv etc) with the exception of electricity. Deposit is £650 as well.
Flat has two bathrooms thus each tenant has exclusive use of their own bathroom.

The apartment is quite spacious thus no one will step on anyone's toes, yet has a cosy feel.
The perfect place to call home!

As this is a new build property, electricity is quite cheaper as compared to other city centre flats.

There is no fixed contract but will request you give me 1 month's notice when you wish to vacate the flat please.
