Two nice double rooms available starting with 5th of March in a recently refurbished house. Everything within the house is brand new.
The house has 4 rooms with 3 toilets (1 bathroom + toilet, 1 shower + toilet, 1 separate toilet), large back yard, shared kitchen and dining room.
The following utilities are included in the rent: council tax, water bill and broadband.
Electricity and gas bills are shared even between the tenants. In the winter time it will be roughly 35-40 pounds per month for each tenant. In the summer time 20 pounds or less.
All tenants are working professionals and I am looking for someone similar.
