I have a spare en-suite bedroom in a new build large duplex apartment located in Great Barr, 15 minutes from the city centre and 5 minutes from J7 of the M6. There is currently myself and another female living in the property so ideally looking for another girl, we both work full time so enjoy chilled weekdays and socialising on the weekend. The room is furnished with a bed and large built in double wardrobe, there is also parking available. The £525 a month includes all bills and council tax.
