I am a young professional looking to rent out one of the bedrooms in our home. You will be living with me and two other professionals.

We are looking for a female student or young professional to balance the houshold. We are currently 1 male and 2 females. We want someone who is responsible, tidy, sociable and not too loud, who will be respectful of our home. We have a dog at home, so dog lovers are preferred. We would love to have someone who will naturally fit into the household.

The room is furnished. There is plenty of storage space with a wardrobe and bed with storage. The kitchen and bathrooms (including a toilet downstairs) will be shared. The living room is not shared at the moment. Plenty of off-street parking available.

The rent is £450.00 a month including council tax, utilities and internet. Deposit is one month's rent.

There are good connections to the city centre and Harborne high street for shopping and social life, UoB, QE and Selly Oak. There's an Asda within 10 min walk for groceries, and a GP within 5 min from home. Woodgate Valley Country Park is right at our doorstep, perfect for running, biking, and enjoying walks in nature.
