Double bed room city centre

One of our flatmates is moving out and we are looking for someone lovely to replace her. The room will be available on the 1st of October 2020.

We are 3 professional girls, living in a modern and clean house in Birmingham city centre. The house has 3 floors, a brand new kitchen, a garden and a little balcony. We have street parking if you need to park your car. We also live near five ways and new street stations so the location is great for commuting.

The room is on the first floor. You will have your own sink and toilet next to your room and share the shower/bath with Charlie.

There is a choice of two rooms in the house -

We are looking for someone sociable, who likes watching series and sharing dinner after work. We have recently turned our garage into a lil gym, so we’ve been enjoying that and the garden during these weird times. We like to keep the house clean, cosy and tidy and most of all, just having fun !
