Clean and bright room in modern block of flats in the Yardley Wood area of Birmingham.

The flat is on the 1st floor and is light and airy, fully furnished only a month ago with new furniture, and has two bedrooms, one with en-suite, so the bathroom is mostly for exclusive use. Carpeted hallway, open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area with Juliet balcony, new fridge-freezer and washer/dryer. Entrance has a security door, and flat is in a quiet area with well-maintained communal areas and grounds. It also has an allocated parking space.

Local shops include a Co-op (3 minute walk away) and a large Sainsburys, Aldi and a gym (3 minute drive away). Yardley Wood station is 1 mile away, with trains taking you into the centre of Birmingham. The nearest bus stop is 200 metres away, and the flat is a 10 minute drive from Junction 3 of M42.

All bills included – council tax, water, electric, TV licence and WiFi.

I'm the current tenant and am looking for someone to share the flat with me, preferably until summer 2020. I am training to be a teacher at a local secondary school which is quite tiring, so most often I like coming home, cooking and relaxing after work. I am pretty sociable and enjoy going out, but like to have my own space from time to time. I’m looking for someone who will treat the flat as their own and enjoy it as much as I do!
