A no fee low deposit, good size en-suite is available immediately in a 5 bed property with only 3 rooms being rent out. Good quality finish throughout the family house, no rental furniture. There are two full time Italian professionals already( speak English aswell) so only en-suite available and you'll see me occasionally when I'm not working or travelling. You will have a good size living room, fully equipped kitchen, storage and downstairs toilet on the ground floor. Your ensuite room with shower is on first floor but you can also take baths in the shared bathroom. There is an extra shower room aswell apart from an extra lounging, reading, playing or relaxing area upstairs. A massive supermarket, petrol station and a bus stop at the door step(yet benefits of a private road with parking).

Adderley Park Train station is 10 mins walking which can take you to the airport, NEC or town within further 10 mins. Buses from the bus stop go to town in every 7 mins and take about 10-15 minutes so very convenient for transport. Lots of eateries nearby as the house is in convenient area.
