On offer is a double bedroom with an en-suite in a 3-bedroom top floor apartment, approximately 20 minutes walk from the city centre.
The flat is ideal for young professionals working within the city and has one allocated parking space (in a secure underground car park) which no one is currently using.
Communal spaces include the open plan living room, dining and kitchen, a utility room with a washer/dryer. The courtyard with outdoor seating is also open to all tenants of the building.
Availability of the rooms is due to myself moving out in August. Although the start date for the contract is the 20th of August, I will likely be vacating by the 10th and could therefore work something out with the letting agency if you would like to move in from the 10th!
I will act as the liaison between the successful applicants and the letting agents who will adjust the contract accordingly.
My current flatmates are young, sociable and tidy professionals working full time in the city centre looking for a like minded person to share this amazing apartment with.
I'm happy to do in person socially distanced or virtual viewings, whatever is preferred! Likely in the evening or on weekends!
