We're 3 young professionals starting out and have rented this lovely 4 bedroom property. The double room we are looking to rent is at the front of the house. It’s smaller than the other bedrooms, but cosy and well lit. As the communal areas are very well proportioned, we feel this makes up for it. Once we know you want the room, the landlord/letting agent will provide a double bed, wardrobe and bedside table. Bedroom is 2.4m by 2.6m. To avoid subletting, these cannot be provided until then. All contracts will be signed with the letting agent and the security deposit of £500 will be held by them. There is enough place to park 4 cars outside and the property comes with 3 toilets, a garage and a garden. The property is just over 3 years old and is in excellent condition. The kitchen is huge, light and airy. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave and a washing machine. The property has super fast fibre Virigin Media WiFi and we will split the costs of the wifi and other bills between all 4 of us. We cannot currently provide estimates for this as we are new ourselves to the property.
