Pros:
-Cheap
-Large space for the price
-City centre in walking distance
-Right on 74 & 16 bus routes
-Near a bunch of different supermarkets and local shops

Cons:
-House is shabby
-Landlord pretty useless
-Fronts onto busy road
-Area a bit rough around the edges

Nothing fancy, it's a barebones room on the 2nd floor of a shared house. Bathroom and kitchen shared. Bills included. Virgin Media Broadband, decent speed. It is cheap for a reason so.. bear that in mind when it comes to expectations. Rent has not moved for the 10 years I've lived here.

Would suit someone on a budget who wants easy access to the city centre (16 & 74 bus routes right outside). City centre is an easy bike ride or even just a walk away.
We do have off-street parking but it is currently occupied by another housemate. However our immediate area has ample street parking.

Two men and one genderqueer person currently. We're a real mixed house, race, gender and orientation! Available now with furniture. Storage space downstairs and plenty of kitchen cupboards+fridge shelves.
