Advertising a flat share for a double bedroom with floor to ceiling sliding windows and an en suite. It Also has a walk in wardrobe with sliding mirrored doors for your outfit-viewing-pleasure. The flat is in a secured apartment complex with a concierge and gated car and bicycle parking with security cameras everywhere.

Flat it self is modern, clean and quiet. Its fully furnished and has plenty of space if you have stuff you want to bring. All the rooms have a canal view. The location is great because its close to loads of amenities, transportation links, city center, most of the universities etc . There are a few gyms within 5 mins walking distance along with grocery shops, bars and cafes. New street station is about 15 mins walk from the flat.

Bills are about £80 each month -probs will increase as energy prices rise.

I usually at work either at university or hospital during the week and some weekends. So home is a comfortable and relaxing environment. I like to keep everything clean and tidy :)
I enjoy socialising in the evenings both in and out of home and I do like to host people from time to time. It would be great if you did too. On the weekends I'm often out and about in or out of Birmingham visiting friends or family.
