Large Double room in friendly shared house

If you're looking for a cheap double room in a fantastic location and friendly housemates, this could be the perfect place for you!

Who are we looking for?:
Someone who is easy-going, open-minded and self-aware. You should reliably be able to pay rent and be organised in making sure your contribution to bills is made each month. We need someone who doesn't leave their dishes unwashed for days(!), and is generally clean and considerate of the state in which they leave communal areas after use.

The room:
This lovely large double bedroom comes furnished with a double bed, a large wardrobe, bedside table, shelves and an armchair. It is on the 2nd floor at the top of the house. Window looking over the garden.

The house:
A large 3 storey terrace. On ground floor is a shared living room, large kitchen, bathroom with shower and 2 bedrooms. On first floor is a shared bathroom with bath and 2 bedrooms. There's a large open garden with some vegetable patches at the bottom.

The location:
This really is a fantastic location with Cannon Hill Park, several great bus links, grocery stores, chemists all within 1 minute walking distance. Aldi and Lidl within 10 minutes walking distance. Close to city centre.

The housemates:
Creative, friendly and sociable types working in the arts, youth work and retail. There is a small band-practice room in the house where one housemate's band rehearse occasionally. They are always finish by 10pm and are considerate of sound. Everyone is pretty busy working different hours, but do hang out together in the house every so often for drinks, cooking, card games and listening to music.

The landlord:
We deal directly with the landlord regarding rent payments and any house-related issues. He is a very fair and decent landlord and gets things done quickly when you ask him.

Bills:
Bills and council tax are shared between housemates equally and amount to around £70 on average per month.

Contract:
You would be required to sign a contract until September 2020. Then if you wish to continue your tenancy beyond this, you can renew the contract along with other tenants in September.
