I have a double room available in a lovely 2 bed house for someone looking for a clean and quiet place to live. Additional furniture such as desk for working from home or studying can be added if required.

I'll be working away a lot so don't intend to be here much to begin with. I plan to eventually move out permanently and rent the 2nd bedroom to another suitable person so you will eventually have a housemate. I am open to renting entire house to a single person if you prefer not to share, cost negotiable.

Mon-Fri lets also available at £350pm. Well behaved pets very welcome.

This house will suit any working professional or mature student who wants to live in a clean and peaceful house in a very peaceful area.

Transport
City Centre in 30 minutes approx by car.
Longbridge train station (15 minutes walk from house) - Regular trains take you to Birmingham University and QE Hospital within 13 minutes and City Centre in 21 minutes.
Bus X20 (2 minutes walk from house) takes you to Birmingham University and QE Hospital within 20 minutes.

What's the area like?
The house is situated in a peaceful cul-de-sac just a stone’s throw away from the lovely Cofton Park, popular with dog walkers and exercisers. Further up is the Lickey Hills, great for those who love the outdoors. Longbridge Town Centre is within 10 minutes walk away and offers the likes of Sainsburys, M & S, Barclays Bank, Pure Gym just to name a few. There are also a range of nice pubs and restaurants all within walking distance. A short drive away is Great Park which offers ten pin bowling, cinema, luxury gym and various restaurants.
