Bullring, new street station and city centre are a 10 min walk from the flat.
The flat has a spacious living room and a large kitchen with 2 fridges in it.
The house has been recently refurbished with new carpets, window blinds and paint.
There is a garden/balcony with the flat and a resident parking space for cars as well.

The rent includes broadband & other bills except electricity & gas, which usually comes out around £20-30 per month/person.
