Housemate needed to join tenant in whole property

Double room available in a house in the B24 area of Birmingham.

Following a change in circumstances, the current occupant has been given permission by the landlord to find a housemate to pay half the rent.

The room is downstairs and accessible to the kitchen lounge area and a walk in shower and toilet.

There is a dining table and dishwasher and tumble dryer.

There is an upstairs bathroom and bath.

The room is large enough for a double bed and is at the front of the house of a quiet street.

The address is on good transport links to the city and not far for a walk along the canal.

There is a large garden out the back which the tenant enjoys gardening in and maintaining.

Out the front is enough space for two cars of which there is no other vehicle.

The occupant has two cats called Boomerang and Frisbee.

The landlord has set the rent as 400 a month plus 100 for bills totalling 500.

Payments are paid through Purple Bricks and bills to the utilities company directly.
