Homesafe Housing are a specialist supported housing provider that has a portfolio of over 100 rooms, all located across Birmingham.

We currently have vacancies in Quinton, Bartley Green, Erdington and Rednal.

FOR LIMITED TIME ONLY, THERE IS NO SERVICE CHARGE!!

All of our properties are fully furnished to a high standard and include:
• Fully furnished bedrooms, to include bed with new bedding, wardrobe, bedside cabinet, chest of draws

• Fully equipped communal kitchen, to include cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, kettle, cups, plates, saucepans & cutlery

• Communal lounge/dining area, to include sofas & dining table and chairs

• Communal bath/shower rooms

• Central Heating

• Broadband/WIFI with uncapped data use

• Gardens to front & rear – gardening service included.

• Provide a dedicated Housing Support Officer.

• Emergency Response Staff Available Out Of Hours

• Provide a welcome pack on admission, which will include food, toiletries, towels & laundry provisions.

• Deliver a weekly food parcel, food poverty is a major challenge for most of our customers so not only do we provide food ourselves, we are also an approved referral agent to local foodbanks.

As this is Supported Accommodation, you need to be eligible to receive Housing Benefit and in receipt of either ESA/JSA/Universal Credit/PIP or Income Support
