When we refurbished this family house at the end of 2018 we did it with a mind to the well bing of the tenants we would be renting it to.

I am a professional landlord registered with the NRLA and the house has a current HMO licence from Solihul county council issued in 2019. The room which is currently available is one of my favourites as it has its own private access to the garden. More about that in a minute. 🏡

We take the health and safety of our guests very seriously and would ask anybody who is interested in our room to work with us to achieve this. We will initially offer virtual viewings of the house and will ask you to wear a face mask and gloves should you wish to visit in person.

My stay was an absolute pleasure, Gerard was a fantastic landlord as he really felt like someone who cared about the tenants and was extremely quick to solve any problems that anyone might of had, one example would be when the WIFI had gone down briefly and within seconds Gerard had responded and sorted it out immediately. 

Before moving to XXXX I had stayed in a 6 bedroom shared house it is extremely clear to see how much more professional and helpful Gerard is compared to other landlords in the area. 

One thing I really appreciate is that he will make the effort to make sure all the tenants are happy and friendly with each other. He provided a WhatsApp group which helps the tenants get to mingle and feel more comfortable around each other which gives the house a sense of community which is very hard to find these days.

My time in Marston Green was an unforgettable experience and it honestly felt like a home away from home, I can’t recommend Gerard enough as a fantastic landlord to anyone and I wish him all the best in the future
